'Awesome family vacation over spring break. Loved the resort, food was good, and there was no shortage of things to do. Not enough hours in the day. Would definitely go back. The one downside was the A La Carte reservation booking system- our butler had a hard time getting using anywhere we wanted, on any day. And yet when we would go to another there were numerous empty tables, the restaurant would only be like half full. Odd. But we preferred the buffets with kids, anyway.'

'We had a great vacation at Grand Palladium White Sand Resort & Spa. The resort itself is beautiful, the grounds are well maintained, the beach is nice, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurants and entertainment made our stay enjoyable. The biggest disappointment was the front desk. While some employees were professional, a few were not very welcoming and seemed more focused on selling upgrades than helping guests. 'Comfy beds, perfect temperature in the rooms~ we just had just the basic room and it was great! Loved the balcony in the room as it overlooked a secluded little area of fauna- often watched wildlife from our view. The pool was delicious! Food was good too for the most part. Farther from town than we expected but found the local van transport into town for cheap- would recommend this place to stay.'

'Wij verbleven een week in dit hotel met een gezin met twee kinderen. We zaten in blok 4, redelijk recent gerestaureerd. Wel wat verschil tussen de kamers, wij kregen geen slippers, de kinderen wel. Wij kregen meer water, de kinderen minder. We hebben regelmatig gevraagd voor extra handdoeken want de kamer was vochtig dus niets werd droog. 'De villas liggen rustig en direct aan een privé strand. De auto staat veilig en bewaakt op het terrein. De villas zijn volledig ingericht en van alle comfort voorzien. Ook de 2 zwembaden zijn fijn waarvan 1 voor kleine kinderen. We hebben genoten.'
