'Zu viert war das Appartement doch fast zu eng, vor allem das 2. Schlafzimmer ist eigentlich ein Einzelzimmer. Der generelle Zustand ist in die Jahre gekommen und es sollte an einigen Stellen renoviert werden. Z.B. Kaputte Küchenfronten, gerissene Scheibe des Kochfelds, Tür zum Balkon konnte nicht mehr verriegelt werden. Ansonsten liegt das Appartement gut. Mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe, sowie Bus und Bahn im Umfeld'

'My sister and I came to Barcelona via a cruise ship. The property manager met us and helped us with our embarrassing amount of luggage. We didn’t know there were 2 flights of stairs so he helped us bring our luggage into the apartment. The location was in the middle of everything in Barcelona!! Right next to the Gothic Quarter and the Marina. We got “lost” in the area and loved it!The apartment was incredible! Very beautiful with stone walls and the coolest windows and doors I have ever seen!!...

'Downtown location was ideal. It was a bit noisy through the night with crowds walking up and down the street until the morning hours. The windows open up to the street below, but don’t keep the sound out. Our other issue was the power outages. We couldn’t use the dishwaher and the laundry at the same time. And we could only run one air conditioner or it would trip the circuit and all the power would go out. However, the one air conditioner kept our entire place cool and comfortable. And the...

'All went well. The outdoor space was nice. The apartment was clean and the kitchen had what we needed. Only downside was the washer/ dryer. One cycle took many hours and not completely dry when finished so we hung our clothing on the laundry rack that was provided. This location was close to restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. '

'The location has a market right across the street. Nice place, only emailed the owners general info and they responded in a short period of time. My family all liked the place. I don't know what the winery experience was but did not want to damage the score so I put 4 stars.'

'Firstly, Jonathan and Val are INCREDIBLE hosts--they are welcoming, communicative, and go above and beyond what's needed as a host! The flat itself is lovely and has everything you would need for a comfortable long-term stay.The location is great as you're very close to the metro and Sant Antoni. The neighborhood can be a little sketchy at night, but not enough to dissuade one from renting there (I would re-book in a heartbeat)--you just need to use your travel common sense.
