Located in the central Eixample district, just in front of Mercat del Ninot, this designer 3-bedroom apartment is perfect to experience Barcelona’s culture. It is located in one of the best districts of Barcelona: The Eixample district, a very lively neighborhood filled with art galleries, trendy restaurants, cafes and bars; which makes it popular among tourists and locals alike. Casa Cosi Mallorca 1 has been furnished and decorated in order to create a cozy atmosphere while keeping its authenticity with elements such as “los mosaicos” (typical Spanish earthenware tiles). It has 3 bedrooms (two with queen-size beds and the other with two simple beds) and 2 full bathrooms. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 persons. The living room is really spacious and has a bay window which gives it a nice touch and lots of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook for the entire family.

The location has a market right across the street. Nice place, only emailed the owners general info and they responded in a short period of time. My family all liked the place. I don't know what the winery experience was but did not want to damage the score so I put 4 stars.

Beautiful apartment with a lot of room. The convenience of the market/ grocery store right across the street was a plus. A little mishap with the shower but it was no big deal. Communication with Casa Cosi was beyond expectation.

Perfect Location & Beautiful Apartment

We loved everything about this place. Perfect spot just across the street from a grocery/market, great neighborhood, very clean and cozy, with a beautiful view of a community garden. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and large windows. Everything an American would need in Spain. It even has a tiny elevator, so I didn’t have to carry my bags up the stairs. Loved it and would highly recommend!

Living like a native

The location was fantastic. It was easy to get to the major sites but it was also outside of the very busy crowds. So many nice little places to eat nearby. The place was easy to access and the description matched the setting. I would recommend the place. The beds were fine but not especially comfortable (that did not detract too much from the place). I would stay there again.

Great location spacious apartment

A wonderful location across the street from the Supermarket and wonderful fruit, fish and meat stands. The apartment is very spacious and clean. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars were the strange little parts. The master bedroom door if closed was very difficult to open from the inside. The master bedroom’s window shades were difficult to figure out how to open & close.

Perfect Barcelona neighborhood

Everything was easy and workable here. The big glass doirs to the inner courtyard were just right to start the day and end it on a peaceful note. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were very good. The old ceiling is worth lying in bed for hours to look and meditate. All in all, a perfect spot for all of us.

Beautiful apartment in great neighborhood

The photos of this beautiful apartment are accurate. The apartment is very well equipped and is across the street from one of Barcelona's wonderful public markets. It is convenient to busses and a 15-minute walk to the Metro and to streets and neighborhoods that most visitors want to access. This was a fantastic place to relax after a day of exploring. I would stay here again any time.

Summer in Barcelona

A beautiful, well-appointed, well-located haven in beautiful Barcelona. Rental and check-in were smooth with prompt responses to our questions. Good neighborhood with convenient grocery, transportation. Near to several popular streets but quiet. The owners even advised us of a special Festival during our visit ! We would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend for adults and families. Thank you, Casa Cosi team!

Lovely apartment

We really enjoyed the apartment. It was clean and cozy, and near enough to many sights. We either walked or took the metro. We enjoyed the Cerveseria Catalanya very much, but had a terrible experience at the Bosque Palermo. We did not have a reservation, they gave us a table outdoors, which apparently was actually reserved later for a large group. They got our paella order wrong...instead of meat, they served us seafood, and my daughter is allergic to shellfish, so she couldn't eat it. If the shells are cooked in the rice, she couldn't even eat the rice. We told them, but they said we could either keep it, or return it, but there was no time for making another, and once the other group arrived, we were just finishing our dinner and they said they needed the table and were not very nice about it. My son is a chef, and both myself and my husband were in food and beverage management in Las Vegas and very much understand the business. Had the waiter been nicer, it would have made all the difference. One.of the waiters was very nice, the other was horrible. Just a word, I would not recommend that place. However, every other place we went everyone was cordial and the food was great.

We were looking for a roomy, comfortable space for six adults in a nice neighborhood not too close and not too far from all the city action. It was clean, had all the amenities we needed and good gathering spaces for us to eat together and swap stories about our Barcelona adventures.

Comfort and Style in Charming Apartment

The four of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Cosi Mallorca I! The space has the charm of old Barcelona with every modern amenity. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was modern and convenient. We enjoyed evenings in the great room around the dining room table. The location was perfect, too! We were close to the Metro, shops, and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.
