'Room was FILTHY. No smoke alarm. Room did not have a working phone or TV. WiFi wouldn’t work. Food from someone else left in the fridge in the room. We couldn’t even take our shoes off. Our daughter did and her feet were black from the floor. No hot water in the sink. It was TERRIBLE.'

'There was nothing unique or special about the stay. My husband has a service dog which the proper documentation was provided at check in a waiver was signed as well, the next morning the room phone rings asking what type of service did the dog provide, that shouldn’t matter what type of service she provided you was shown proof. 'Everything there was a mess. No water, the rooms weren’t clean. When I reached out to the team, nobody responded. Till I left, no water. You shouldn’t try there!'
