The check in and check out process is super easy. The host is very responsive and helpful. Had an issue and the host had sent someone out the same day to take care of it. Would definitely recommend. 'The apartment suited our needs - clean, plenty of towels, hot water and water pressure great, kitchen stocked with the right utensils, good sized bedroom and living/dining area. Washer/dryer works well. We would definitely stay there again if we return to Ballston. The hotel is in a great location for access to 2 metro stops - only 3-4 blocks walk. There are LOTS of restaurants within a short walk, also a grocery, pharmacy, pretty much everything you need. '

'This property is extremely accessible to DC and Arlington areas, 3 minutes for Reagan airport with no noise, and easy communication with excellent support from the host. We came for our son’s college graduation. It is nicely appointed however has just the basics in the kitchen and bath so bring all essentials. We enjoyed the city view and walking to restaurants and shopping. Remember to pay for parking if needed :) It was a great stay and highly recommend this property. Also, try Hank’s Oyster...
