« To begin with, I couldn't get in the gate of the property because the I.D scanner wasn't working properly. The employee at the gate didn't speak English, I had to speak into his phone for interpretation, so unprofessional. Once I got into the gate and on the property there were a lot of construction on the building (I was told that the building was under construction but didn't know it was that much). I got into the room and there were no fresh towels it looked like they were used several times...

« Unfortunately, this condo was filthy. So, I’m not sure if the previous reviews were old or if they have a new cleaning company. Regardless, the grout in the tile floor is dark brown and gross. When we pulled back the covers on the master bed, there were pubic hairs on the sheets and in the guest bed there was a track of lashes that were not ours. The area rug in the living room had someone else’s fingernail clipping so it clearly had not been vacuumed, not to mention the rug itself was filthy....

« Property owner was very responsive to any and all questions and concerns. Location was ideal for convention center but you definitely need to leave time to deal with traffic. We stayed for volleyball tournament and had a lot of early morning games. »

« Everything was nice & clean. We enjoyed the place and had a great time but maybe I miss understood the listing because it said two sleep futon couches where available but that is not the case. There's a love seat and a couch... they do not pull out. I had 1 other ppl read the listing and also check the couch & love seat to make sure I wasn't missing something and they both agreed, that part of the listing is miss leading. We made it work but I wanted to make sure others know that. This condo...

« Très propre Près de toutes les parcs et commodités. L’hôte répond très rapidement. Par contre, il n’est pas possible de contrôler la température ambiante de l’appartement. Par temps chaud, il n’était pas possible de baisser la température en bas de 73 degrés. C’était plutôt désagréable. De plus, la câble ne fonctionnait pas toujours. Finalement, l’internet ne se rend pas au complexe de la piscine. »

« Very nice cozy place in a great area, close to stores. Host was very good in communicating. The only issue was the building listed is not the right one. The buildings are actually white so I had a little difficulty finding it. Other than that I had a great stay and I would definitely stay again. »
