Flats in South Scottsdale

'Solid location, quiet, and just really easy process. Good communication with Noah, and that's the key.'

'super cute and clean area and such a good price!'

'It is the perfect getaway spot! Located less than 10-15mns from all the sights, Old Town, the Phoenix Zoo, restaurants and other major attractions (at least the ones I wanted to visit). The rental itself was perfect-- it is fully equipped and stocked with all the kitchen gadgets you could ever need. The host was super responsive, kind and flexible. I will definitely stay here again!'

'Sherman is a great host! The property is clean and comfortable. We appreciated a comfortable couch. We will be back'

'It was the perfect place for my short weekend stay. The place was clean and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable. I did not use the pool, but it looked nice from the balcony view. There is no balcony entrance from the unit (27C). You access the balcony from the building hallway. It was too hot to enjoy the rooftop patio, but it had some comfortable spots to sit when the temps are lower.I would definitely stay here again.'

'This place was perfect! Clean and comfortable. The host was great and made sure we were settled in and had everything that we needed. 10/10'

'Would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it!'

'We really enjoyed our stay here! Great location, nice space, lovely patio off the back, and plenty of spaces for your furry friend if you bring them along! :)'

'Excellent stay. Great home and great location. '

'This is a small apartment. The carpets need cleaned. They needed to supply a vacuum . It was quiet and close to old town scottsdale. The stay was not bad.'

'Property was clean and nicely appointed Host was pleasant and helpful We had an issue with the a/c and the host had someone there reasonably quickly but it took a while to fixOtherwise a pleasant stay'

'Kinda of a shaky start as the VRBO instructions didn't include the unit's apartment number. Owner was very responsive to our issue and otherwise was an enjoyable stay. Apartment was cozy modern and centrally located. We would very much recommend this condo for anyone considering a Scottsdale/Phoenix vacation.'

'This was the best little place! VERY clean, easy check in, great location, very comfortable beds, relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again!'
