'If I could give 10 stars I would. The villa is s exactly what you see and more. The owner had so many little extra things you usually don’t get. I was blown away. Would rent again'

Lots of 5-star reviews for this one, and they turned out to be accurate. The house is huge and very clean, with plenty of room for everyone in our party of 16. 'This was my 2nd time staying in one of Diane’s properties- she is extremely responsive & easy to reach. The Casita was super clean, modern, roomy, comfortable & fully equipped with anything you need. The location is so perfect- less than 2 min drive to campus, & I love that there’s a washer & dryer, parking & easy, keyless access into the house. Check-in & out was a breeze. 'We were very pleased with our stay in this beautiful home in Gilbert. It was spacious, tastefully decorated, very clean, quiet, and had all amenities we needed and more. We liked being located a little out of the busy Phoenix area, but also for our travels north and south Arizona. We had the pool heated which was nice. My only recommendation would be to have some additional lighting by the pool in the evening. I would highly recommend this home to our friends and if ever in the area would choose...
