« Unique and my grandson really liked it. Not easy to get into or out of. Insufficient handrails. No instructions on managing A/C so it took us a while to even find it. Had basic amenities. Good location. »

« So so disappointed! The room was pretty much wall-to-wall bed (king size) and the area around the bed was so narrow barely room to walk with one side only able to walk sideways. The room could have been cleaner; dust was thick on some baseboards. On second night, smoke alarm on the (12 ft?) high ceiling started beeping loudly like it needed the battery changed. « We stayed at the tiny home park (Unit 60B) from March 22–23, and overall had a good experience. The location is very convenient to the Grand Canyon, which made it a great base for our visit.The mile-long dirt road leading to the property was a bit bumpy, but manageable.
