Ranches in Apache Junction

'Booked a room with a "View" for 4th of July. The plan was to watch the show whilst our 8 week old slept however we did not get a view. When I spoke to Front desk about this they just said we booked the last room and Expedia shouldn't have sold it. Irrelevant to me, however I explained I still booked a room with a view based on my circumstances and another FD Agent said I needed to book a room titled "Fountain View" and not just "View", I am unsure how I would have know this prior to the stay?...

'We wondered why this hotel doesn’t have makeup wipes or lotion in the bathroom. And most hotels we’ve stayed in usually have a magnifying swing out mirror in the bathroom. Minor issues but always a welcome amenity!'

'The air conditioner was going on and off, it got warm toward the morning.'

'The property was well maintained and clean. Although the door latch got stuck and I couldn’t get out of my room when I was trying to to leave the property. I contacted the front desk and maintenance came right away to let me out off my room.'

'The energy is low starting from the valet. He looks tired maybe because of the Arizona heat. Staff at front desk we didn’t feel the friendliness. I believed in “Service with a Smile”. Didn’t feel we are welcomed. One question one answer. Breakfast is good but didn’t get the customer service we needed. Tone of voice from the waitress when we are getting our orders sounds like she’s having a bad day. The property is very clean & organized. Service is poor!'

'Clean room, friendly staff, we enjoyed the night swimming and the jacuzzi outdoor and we watched the full moon. Beautiful surrounding!'
