Vind je ideale hotel in Palm Springs

'We had to choose between a loud air conditioner to stay cool or constant highway noise, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was in very poor condition and not clean, and the pool had a noticeable layer of scum on the surface. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations at all.'

'Had an EV charger! Excellent for us, because we usually have to search for one. There was laundry we used. The hotel staff helped us print out something. Enjoyable stay'

'Was in a strange location within the confines of a large mall and a little hard to find ( one sign was in a place where it could not be seen right in front of the hotel and the other so small and virtually on the ground). Otherwise it was a nice place, good breakfast, and great wi fi.. The room was pretty small good for one but two would be crowded'

Tub drained extremely slow, water and temp control knob was very loose and difficult to operate.house keeping emptied trash and took soiled towels, but didnt leave clean ones. had to go request clean towels . Tv had very limited channel selection and no guide to see what was available. The property was quiet.'

'I checked to my room and it was in very poor shape (the couch cushions were torn and the couch itself was very heavily stained). My son was supposed to sleep on the couch and it was so bad I was ready to leave. They did put us in another room, which was better but still had some staining on the couch and just overall was tired (scratches all over the wood accents, TV sound was not working, old lighting by the beds that didn’t go on right away). I thought this was a Hyatt and was sorely...

'Room was dirty it had a smellto a bad smell restroom will not clean properly fridge I had in room it was leaking so much also I have found so many cockroaches in a room as soon as I got inside the room and had the bed bugs managers we're not respectfully I had told a manager the next morning I bought the cockroaches they seem it was not issue with it seem like he didn't care they had roaches inside the room and top of that I payed online they said wen I got to office to check in that I had pay...
