'The property is the most attractive compared to others in the surrounding area. The hospitality is wonderful. Everyone speaks both English and Spanish. I recommend staying on the east side of the property if you want a view of the rest of Condado. We stayed in the west tower and the pool was a bit noisy at night. The beds were comfortable. My only question was why they didn’t clean the room everyday. I’m not sure if hotel policy is to call for cleaning service. The amenities are beautiful...

'Great location in Old San Juan. Stayed here for a wedding in the Hotel. Reception there was fantastic! The Hotel was an old Nuns Convent restored to a Hotel with its original vibe and the area surrounding it still has the original vibe of and older Puerto Rico. It has 5 stars but don’t expect a US version but a quaint and comfortable older rendition of the past with modern comfort. '
