First room (suite) with windowless bedroom and no view at all from the living room. Changed after paying 100 USD for a better view.
The in house room change was handled very poorly. Check out at 12:00, moved luggage to luggage storage, check in at 15:00... A bit of good will and organization would have handled that better!
The new room had a very nice view but hardly would qualify for a suite. It was a single room with integrated bathroom section, a table, two chairs and a comfortable seat. Not a problem as I am a single traveler.
The big problem: You do not get a control unit for the AC. They request You to call reception to adjust the AC. The front desk staff comes then to Your door with the only AC remote control of the hotel as they claimed?! If they do not answer the phone You have to walk down to reception from the 3rd floor (happened to me once)...
Just to mention: I am a repeat guest in that property since 2013 as I live close in the British Virgin Islands.
