'Positives: good beds, helpful staff, clean rooms, nice lobby with a bar and plenty of space to do some work or relax. Location is great, its just a 5 min walk from Powell Station and Union Square. Negatives: small/cramped bathroom, single elevator that can take quite long to get a hold off and the rooms are a bit noisy, but thats purely dependent on your co-guests, so not a major throw-off in my opinion.
