'Complex dient gerenoveerd te worden en is absoluut geen Plus. Badkamer smerig en geen ventilatie! Ontbijt zeer beperkt. Zwembad staat op de parkeerplaats (zie je niet op de foto) en er waren slecht een ligbed en drie kapotte stoelen aanwezig en veel rotzooi door volle afvalbakken. Personeel was aardig. '

'Met some friends for a girls weekend and had an amazing time. We all loved the location and the amenities. We did not leave at all. Views of the lake are stunning. It was on a quiet section of the lake and there were no houses directly across. The screen in porch with rocking chairs were perfect for morning coffee. It was also awesome to have a table out there to eat and have space for activities. I also was able to see a blue heron catch a fish while sitting on the porch. The inside dining room...

'Perfect house for a group of 7 adults. Lots of comfy seating inside and out on the deck and dock. Well stocked with oil, spices, etc. Master bed was very comfortable. Other beds were OK. Dock area is small and not deep water. That didn't matter to us since we went in September. Wifi was very slow but we had 5 people trying to work so more our fault than the house. Overall, an excellent Lake Gaston rental. '

'I have never stayed at a hotel this dirty, especially a Choice Hotel. First of all I posed for a king size room and was given a double bed room. The room was absolutely disgusting- stains on the blankets, dirty floors, Stan’s on the wall in bathroom, TV didn’t work, the vent had been covered with duct tape and it smelled like moth balls. I would not walk without shoes on. Had it not been after midnight when we arrived I would have left. I will be calling corporate to share the photos I took....

'This property should be removed from Vrbo’s listings. As other reviews have stated, the rental is filthy, full of broken furniture/appliances, and has several unsafe areas. We spent the first day and a half of our stay, cleaning the place. It is clear that this property has not been inspected or maintained for cleanliness in a long time. This is not the result of one careless guest. This is complete neglect.The home has cobwebs, stuck on grease, dirt buildup, bugs, and mold in multiple areas....
