The Italian restaurant was getting ready to open on the last day of our stay. I expected more from a resort of its caliber. We were made aware that we would have a concierge for our entire stay. 'We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful resort and so many options to have a wonderful, relaxing vacation! Highly recommend Marina el Cid! The ONLY negative comment is the beach area, but they do a great job cleaning up the seaweed everyday and the seaweed and erosion is NOT their fault! Will definitely stay there again!!!'

'Sweet, comfortable, convenient, modest hotel close to the main square. This location makes it a little noisy since there are a lot of bars and restaurants nearby. It’s a great value for the money if you are not looking for luxury. Staff are friendly and helpful. Eggs, toast and fruit for breakfast. We felt very safe. '

'The room was lovely and clean, and we had a beautiful view of the garden and the ocean. The staff throughout the hotel were very helpful and generous. We only faced one issue where we called room service and requested 4 bathrobes and slippers, and we never received them. One of the days, the water stopped working in the bathroom but they were extremely quick to resolve the issue. Overall it was a wonderful stay, we definitely recommend this resort to everybody.'
