'Everyone is about 50ft from the ocean/beach, can you beat that! The property is quiet and grounds exceptionally kept. Fully stocked kitchen, even had basic seasonings. Small property so everything, like pool and Laundromat are easy to get to. In-between two towns, easy drive for food. Walmart and Costco 10-15min. Easy walk to beach with lifeguard.'

'Absolutely fantastic property. All the facilities and amenities one or a family could possibly ever need for a short or extended stay. Everything has been thought of to satisfy the needs of a tenant, from the kitchen and it’s utilities, to the internal laundry facilities, the bedding and towel supplies as well as the all purpose beach chairs.
