'Kori Gems had a very unique, Peruvian feel to it. The staff were wonderfully helpful. We had so many questions and requests for assistance, and they answered everything with a friendly smile. 'We loved staying at Casona La Recoleta! We were traveling with 4 children, and this hotel was perfect. There was a loft with beds for the kids and a second bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with food every morning, which was super convenient and good. We would have stayed here the entire week, but they were booked the second half of our stay. 'We moesten even wennen aan de omgeving, het guesthouse ligt in een rommelige straat met huizen in aanbouw. ‘s Ochtends vroeg blaffen de honden en kraaien de hanen. De kamer was klein en de badkamer ook. Maar het gebouw zelf is mooi en fijn dat er een zwembad bij zit. Pluspunten: ontzettend aardige gastheer en op 10 minuten lopen van de boulevard.'

'I first stayed at a single room on the third floor and that was lovely and not noisy. But later had to change to the first floor, no view and very very noisy. The walls are extremely thin so you can hear what they are talking about next door. The room was also very very cold! The bed had plenty of blankets so no problem to sleep but the floor was so cold. 'A family hostel at a 10 min walk from the center. Nice clean room with a view on the garden and mountains. Owner doesn speak any english so that was a pity. If he arranges a taxi you pay 3x the price. Also the room we booked was al of a sudden more expensive but after some discussion we got the room that was promised. But we could leave our luggage for a night while going to Aguas Calientes and we had a good time in Ollantaytambo. '

'Son una ESTAFA , cuando llegamos al lugar supuestamente ellos ya no eran los dueños y no eran los dueños , pero lo más que hablamos con ellos nos dimos cuenta que si lo eran y que estaban encargados de la propiedad y que solo decidieron darle a nuestra habitación a otras personas . 'It was beautiful, an incredible property. I was lucky enough to stay in the presidential suite which was a dream. I was in the king room which was amazing but slightly louder being on the top floor as the roof acts like now of an echo chamber so you can hear the dogs bark at night. If you are not sensitive to noise then this won’t bother you! For me, it was too much. The food cooked by Carlos was wonderful. Abi, thank you, you have done a great job. '
