Great supply of hot water, toiletries typical Peruvian with bar of soap and v. small shampoo conditioner. Clean towels every day. Great breakfast. And great Customer Service on leaving with the Manager insisting on carrying my bags out to the taxi. Wouldn’t hesitate on recommending?'

'Heerlijke plek om te ontspannen in Cusco. Het hotel is helemaal van deze tijd en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers zijn stil wat enorm fijn is aangezien het hotel zeer centraal ligt. Het ontbijt is zeker de moeite waard en geheel naar verwachting van een Novotel/Accor hotel. Het bevat goede gezonde keuzes en heerlijke broodjes, iets wat niet vanzelfsprekend is in de omgeving. We hebben ook een keer gegeten in het a la carte restaurant en dat was...

'The property is beautiful and perfectly located, close to everything in Cusco. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. It feels very safe as there’s always someone at the front to open the door. The breakfast is delicious and I loved that they offer hot water, tea, coffee and cookies 24/7 which is such a nice touch!'
