Blokhutten in Peak to Peak Highway

'I have been searching for the perfect cabin near Denver to “run away” to after a busy summer. I finally found it! Brookside will be my annual escape. You have provided for my every knee, including extra special touches. I was especially delighted to find the house slippers and chocolate cookies. My favorite thing is the hammock right beside the river – a dream come true! See you next year. You are very gracious hosts.'

'We had a very nice stay in Nederland at this property. It was wonderful being able to walk to restaurants and still a close drive to hiking - also really great that we could bring our dog!'

'The skyline lodge was the perfect mountain retreat. I plan to book again!'

'Clean and comfortable. Great location, close to action. Super cute. Moose wandered through the property while we were there! The reasons it didn’t get 5 stars: -Breakfast was odd. Pre built burritos, grab and go, for one hour. Tasty, but just odd. -Staff repeatedly told us the restaurant was open for dinner. We sat there for 10 minutes without being acknowledged by anyone. So we left. -No bathroom fan.'

'Great place in the mountains with a beautiful view. Host was great to work with. Would highly recommend!'

'The property is convenient to both RMNP and downtown Estes Park. It was a lovely and comfortable home base for our adventures.'

'Cozy stay for Christmas Eve, no complaints!'

'The location was terrific as it afforded me easy access to multiple trailheads to nearby 14ers. Major downfall was the cooking supplies could not be used and the cleanliness of the place left a bit to be desired.'

'What a wonderful property! The cabin is luxurious and comfortable. The setting is beautiful.Communication with the host is great. This was our third stay and we hope to return soon!'

'Everything was amazing! It was as advertised and the hot tub was beautiful. The host was very caring and the communication was top of the line. This was the best Father’s Day gift I could ask for! Thank you!'
