'We had the BEST time staying here! It's in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Easy to get to everything. The host is great, helpful, not imposing. So above and beyond the ordinary, she provided coffee, creamers, candies, condiments and made everything feel super homey. Everything in the house was comfy and cozy.'

'We made a quick trip to Grand Lake and truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. It was close to everything but also tucked behind the main store front so it was nice and quiet in the evening. Close enough to walk to the restaurants, shops, and in particular the ice cream shop overlooking Grand Lake! We would stay here again at the next chance we get.'

'Place was very clean upon arrival and just as described. It did take us a bit to find the room as we arrived when it was dark - the condo number is hidden from the road and the hallway is dark. Also, the place is cold and takes about an hour to warm up. Would have been much more comfortable if it were warm for us, but not a deal breaker. Kitchen is well stocked. Would stay again! '

'We absolutely loved staying at Kevin’s place, it really was perfect! The bed was super comfortable, and we loved how dark and quiet it was in the morning. Being away from the elevator made a big difference too I think, and even though it’s a bit of a longer walk from the elevators, we didn’t mind at all. 'Very helpful, I had the wrong arrival date, and they were very accommodating. Answered all questions I had in a timely manner. Condo was very clean and cute. Bed was very comfortable. Estes Park is a 5–10-minute drive. Great place. Would recommend. '
