'We stayed for a night and the staff was very friendly. We got early check/in and a complementary late checkout. Please mind that this was off season so they were probably operating under capacity and were able to give us these options. Food was a little pricey but tasted good. Great staff and pool amenities. 'The property is clean and located mere steps from the Palisades Tahoe village and the Tram building (and also close to the bottom of the WaSheShu lift I think). Convenient parking for one vehicle per room in the adjacent garage. Staff was friendly and helpful, though maybe a little slow on checking people in that night. Some parts of the property were undergoing renovation during my stay, so I gave the Property Condition only 4 out of five stars.'

'Every one working here is so nice and kind! the only complaint i have is the rooms feel stale. like no good air circulation. i opened the window but it only opens a tiny bit. so if the window can open wider that would help alot!'

'aardig hotel net buiten het centrumpje, ongeveer 5 minuten lopen over een parkeerplaats. Kamers zijn een beetje gedateerd maar wel van alle keuken spullen voorzien . condo heeft een slaapkamer met daaraan vast een halletje waar tevens de wastafel zit en een aparte douche wc ruimte. via het halletje kom je in een zitkamer met bank en klaptafel. zwembad in de winter gesloten. 2 hottubes buiten ook in de winter te gebruiken. Hotel heeft in de lobby koffie en thee staan'

'I arrived at the hotel to find that the company had sold my room 2x and someone else was staying in my room. I called several times and spent hours trying to get on the phone to sort it out and get my refund. I ended up having to pay more to get in a room that was more expensive at the hotel because of this which inconvenienced me and my family. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND 4-5 days later.
