'Alpine Ranch is surrounded by a peaceful country setting, and only a short drive from Santa Rosa grocery stores and numerous vineyards. We enjoyed relaxing under the moonlit sky while gazing at stars. The Farmhouse was beautifully decorated with a fully stocked kitchen, updated bathroom and comfortable beds. We also loved the surround sound system, fireplace, and back deck. The property manager was very welcoming and helpful. We loved our visit and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!'

'We were a group meeting up in one of our favorite cities from 2 different states. We chose Sam’s home to have amazing views while we catch up on life. There was plenty to do and we enjoyed every bit of the property. The views were enjoyed with morning coffee and afternoon sunshine. All the beds were comfortable. The house was right for the 46 and easy to get to. Sam was responsive with all messages leading up to, and on, the trip. Definitely keeping this home bookmarked for future stays!'

'We stayed as a family of four and enjoyed the abundant space inside and outside the Farm House. Rustic charm aplenty. Easy to get to and from, whether you come from SLO or Pismo Beach. We had one request during our stay, and Chris the property manager was very responsive. Definitely would recommend a stay at the Old Edna Farm House!'

'We stayed with 8 and 10 yo kids in April. The place is really great, located only 15 minutes from park entrance. The house is in the middle of the real farm with a lot of animals around. Our boys were really excited about being on the farm and even helping around. We felt very welcomed and really impressed with the friendliness of everyone.'

'This house was absolutely perfect for our corporate retreat! The booking, checking in, checking out, closing process was all incredibly easy. The team was very friendly and easy to work with at Birdsong. The house... absolutely gorgeous. Everything you could want in a beautiful getaway. 'So distant family came together to celebrate Christmas over the New Year holiday. This place was perfect for the occasion. Plenty of room, utensils, blankets, towels and seating. Alot of different areas to kickback in. Great place to have a wedding(if they did weddings). Only thing they need is more chalk for the pool table. Finally found one small piece out in garage after looking for awhile. Five stars!'

'We brought our adult children to stay at this house for a family Thanksgiving dinner. The house is really cute and easy to access. There is a great bakery and market within walking distance. There were also some bars and restaurants, but we didn’t go to them because it was a holiday weekend. The decor was charming and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and they left some nice snacks and a bottle of wine for us. We appreciated the details.'

'The property and home are beyond compare. We have stayed at several top-notch vacation rentals and this was by far our favorite. The home is just so warm and welcoming, the backyard is idyllic, and the beds were comfy. The rooms were spacious and lovely! All the photos were accurate. BUT.
