Flats in Okada Manila

'Staff were amazing, cordial and ready to assist. The check in was very smooth. The unit was not well kept. Not enough useful utensils, toiletries, towels, sheets and pillows are not enough for the registered guests. The kitchen sink was clogged most of the time. The shower has a complicated hot and cold system. The host must do a thorough inventory of the unit.'

'IT WAS TERRIBLE! WE ARRIVED AT THE HOTEL AT ABOUT 7AM FROM A 18HR TRIP & AS EVERY TRAVELERER'S WISH TO GET CHECKED IN RIGHT AWAY, GET REFRESH & REST BUT INSTEAD, ME & MY WIFE WAITED AT THE LOBBY FOR 3HRS BECAUSE THEY CAN'T FIND THE KEYS FOR ROOM 1145 THAT I BOOKED. THE PERSON IN CHARGE WAS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND & DIDN'T ANSWER THE GUARD'S SEVERAL CALL ATTEMPTS. AND WHEN THEY FINALLY FOUND THE KEYS. I WAS VERY SHOCKED & TERRIFIED BECAUSE WHEN I ENTERED OUR ROOM, SOMEBODY WAS THERE! ONLY TO FIND OUT...

'Cons: Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. Communication with the point of contact was very slow, and responses often took too long. When the bed linens were changed, we were told that the dirty linens would be picked up the following day, but they were still left in the unit when we checked out. The property was also infested with small cockroaches, which was very disappointing and concerning from a cleanliness standpoint. The towels provided were filthy, stained, and appeared not...

'The place is convenient with shops and location from the airport. What I didn't expect was the place was infested with cockroaches. If only we weren't so tired from traveling I would've looked for another place to stay. My kids were super scared that they don't want to sleep at all. What I did was to buy pesticide spray which was not pleasant for breathing in. I'm glad that we only stay for 1 night.'

'Rooms is clean and neat , big 3bedrooms Seaview and pool view sunset view is stunning from balcony Very quiet room Very be autiful scenery'

'We booked for 4 adultand 4 kids but they just give me a room only good for 4pax room.'

'Very nice place at very reasonable pice'

'Love the place it was close at MOA and airport and lots of shopping and food places to eat definitely coming back'

'Kitchen not working we told them but they didn't do anything about it. Tv says Netflix but nothing working. Toilet seat is loose. Wifi worked good after i reset the modem. Bed is good and there is not a lot of noise even though it's close to the airport.'

'Unsatisfied and disappointed. It says 1 queen bed but when I came to the unit it’s only double bed. We’re 3 pax. So, we didn’t sleep at all.'

'The description and post is quiet different in the actual presentation and thw aircon is cannot accommodate the whole room and the place is lots of people you are not feel safe'

'Clean room , spacious and excellent air conditioning'

'It wasn’t the cleanest, and there were still bugs despite being on the 18th floor - pest control might be necessary - but the location was convenient and the place held enough commodities to make it worthwhile.'
