'Clean room, no slippers but thats ok. Not enough towels if u wanted to swim which sucked. No hand soaps in bathroom so u had to go in shower to get soap. No kitchen towel so u had to use shower towels. No extra elevator key if you have more than 2 people with you.'

'Both Hotels.com and Herald Suites Polaris promised internet connection. I even phoned the hotel before I made my reservation, to ask about the quality of the internet connection. The hotel said that the internet connection was good. Upon arrival at the hotel, the internet connection was horrible. Both Hotels.com and Herald Suites Polaris refuse to give me back my money. I feel scammed, lied to and not being treated in a fair way by Hotels.com and Herald Suites Polaris.'
