'The procedures and policies are over strict. Checkin was confusing as Concierge and security did not know procedure for 3rd party bookings. As a senior I was frequently harassed for sitting on a PWD seat. My pinoy family members were treated as visitors not staying guests. They were forced to surrendered their ID, then questioned anytime near entrance. A porter refused to assist us with our luggage. We were not made welcome and will not ever book there again.'

'We stayed at Alpha Suites and was given a room at Tower 2. We liked our room with all the amenities provided and it was clean. Masters bedroom view was awesome with wall to ceiling glass window. Staff are amazing and very responsive to our needs.
