The space
Our unit is 28 sq.m. with minimalist design to leave more space for you but functionally furnished to make you feel at home. At the 18th floor, you will wake up to the fresh seaside breeze and end the day enjoying the spectacular Manila Bay sunset from the comfort of your balcony. You may also catch a glimpse of the occasional weekend fireworks display by MOA.
A tight 24-hour security system and CCTV cameras installed at strategic areas will make you feel very safe. The security personnel are also always on the alert.

Swimming Pools with a minimal fee of Php150/person (daily) & Php300 ( holidays) to be paid directly to the Property Admin office during office hours. Please let us know if you wish for us to buy in advance during office hours. Swimming pool is open from 6am-10pm daily.

Shore Residences requires your & your companions’ identification cards at least 24 hours prior to check-in. This is to acquire security clearance from the Property Admin. Please submit upon confirmation of your booking.

3rd & 4th guests are chargeable at PHP295/pax per night.


- Light cooking is allowed. NO frying of fish or similar which may leave a stinky smell. You may be charged for the deep cleaning services.
- Please be mindful of your children when they are at the balcony
- No pets
- No parties
- No smoking. Fines will be imposed by the Property Admin.
- No hanging of clothes in the balcony.
- Change of sheets/towels may be provided for stays of more than 3 nights.
- Regular cleaning is done after each check-outs. For long stays, complimentary cleaning is done every 5 days. Request for extra cleaning is charged at Php400/ to be paid directly to the housekeeper.
- Loss of keys are chargeable at Php2,500 for the change of lockset to ensure safety of the succeeding guests.
- Please switch off all electrical items (except refrigerator) each time you leave the unit.
- The reasonable and average "FREE of CHARGE" electricity consumption amount allowed in this property for a month's stay is PHP4,000. Any/All excess MUST be shouldered by our valued long term guests .
