'The unit is clean and smells good. I just have some suggestions. Improve on your cutlery, shampoo and body wash is not sufficient. I suggest you provide dispensers for shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The unit has no bottled water. I hope you can provide for your customers. The bottom door railing in the shower area is unsafe. We hit our toes several times and almost fell. '

'Not worth the price. The unit had an unpleasant smell, especially coming from the sink, which made the whole place uncomfortable. The lights were also flickering, which scared us and made us concerned about possible electrical issues. There was no TV in the bedroom even though the listing photos appeared to show one. The washer and microwave were difficult to operate, and the elevators were very slow. Considering how expensive the stay was, we expected a cleaner, safer, better-equipped, and more...

'Booked this place for my parents as their temporary home base while they travelled to other cities allowing them to leave larger luggage pieces/items. Overall optimal/great experience with the people, location, and the place.Only downside was the occasional cockroaches that appeared in the main area of the room washroom. Quickly reported and the property/room team responded accordingly.Would recommend the building and area given the close proximity to the Mall of Asia / near Airport. Thank you!'
