'We so enjoyed our stay at Jean-Loup’s place. It was spotlessly clean and so much better than the description and pictures on the website showed. There were no other guests (apart from the host’s family) during our stay so we had the pool and pool facilities to ourselves (this included a full kitchen, shower, toilet and changing area and dining area). 'We are a group of cyclists and appreciated very much the desolation and the authenticity of the environment, and also the castle with the superb vue on the Millau bridge and the Causses. We also liked the size of the castle with plenty of stylish old rooms, and we were lucky that the weather was very good, so we had breakfast and dinner on the swimming pool with a fantastic vue! And it's a splendid region for cycling, certainly for heavy trips!'

'Wij hebben deze chateau gehuurd met 18 vrienden begin juli 2018. We sliepen per twee op een kamer, allemaal met eigen badkamer. Voor het overige heeft de woning ook leuke faciliteiten, zoals een groot en mooi zwembad met voldoende ligstoelen, grote tuintafel, tennisplein, pingpong. Ook de keuken (semi-industrieel) is goed uitgerust. De woning is gelegen aan de rand van de Pyreneeën, waardoor de natuur om en rond het kasteel prachtig is. Op zich wel geen streek waar veel te beleven is, maar als...

'We had a wonderful week with friends to celebrate a birthday at the Chateau in Saint-Siffret, enjoying the beautiful views, surrounding towns, relaxing by the pool and enjoying many delicious meals together prepared by a local chef that was recommended by the host. Would thoroughly recommend - we hope to be back!'

'We are a family of 22 and stayed there for a week in August of 2024. The castle is amazingly beautiful, spotless clean, well-appointed, nicely furnished and decorated, and equipped with all modern conveniences. The beds and bedding are excellent - hotel quality. The grounds are truly stunning, eye candy from every angle. We ate all our meals outside in the shade under the majestic Cedar tree. Breathtaking landscape... The photos do not adequately convey the charm and beauty of this place....

'Parfait'

'Le château est très chic, au vert, avec piscine et terrain de tennis impeccables. Nous étions 18 avec largement le couchage nécessaire (même si 2/3 chambres commandées). Le temps était parfait et nous avons essentiellement vécu dans les très beaux extérieurs (très bien entretenus) et la grande salle à manger. Le salon intérieur est un peu plus petit. Un très beau moment !'

'Nous sommes une famille de 12 personnes dont 5 enfants et souhaitions passer une semaine de vacances avec de l'espace pour tout le monde. Cette demeure historique, très propre et avec de bons couchages, nous a parfaitement convenu, bien restaurée, en gardant en grande partie l'esprit médiéval. Nous avons eu un très bon contact avec la propriétaire et un accueil très sympathique et de bon conseil de la part de Jacqueline que nous tenons à remercier tout particulièrement.'

'Anke en Hans zijn zeer gastvrij en vullen elkaar top aan. Hans is altijd in voor een praatje over de geschiedenis van het gebied en Anke heeft de appartementen prachtig ingericht. Alles voor een heerlijke tijd is aanwezig , fantastische restaurants ( vraag om tips !) zwembad , luie stoelen , bbq, uitgebreide keuken met alle apparatuur, en uitgebreid serviesgoed in style, en een geweldig uitzicht ! Voor de steden moet je wel even rijden , maar zijn de moeite waard. Dank voor een heerlijke...

"Super ontbijt! Heel vriendelijk personeel. Helaas te warm bij het zwembad en ook druk. Kamer basic maar in orde. Er was de eerste nacht veel lawai van machines en koelwagen, denk dat raam niet goed afsloot ook, gelukkig volgende nacht stiller."

"Le lieu est parfaitement entretenu et aucune remarque possible au sujet de l'établissement, de la qualité des équipements, de l'accueil parfait. C'est exactement ce que l'on espère d'un hébergement. Juste une petite restriction : Le conditionnement d'air ne fonctionnait pas. Ne passant que les nuits dans cette chambre, elles furent pénibles et inconfortables sur ce point. Pensant à mon incapacité à le mettre en fonction, et signifiant le sujet à mon départ, la préposée s'apprêtait à renseigner ce défaut au service technique mais une responsable a annoncé que, simplement, l'airco n'était pas activé ... en basse saison !!! Comme si le principe était normal. Viser les économies et probablement raisonnable dans le cadre d'une bonne gestion mais pas au détriment du confort lorsque la météo impose presque ce rafraichissement. Il faut s'adapter aux conditions météo. Mieux encore, plutôt que de laisser les clients ignorant de ce choix, il faut alors, a minimum , les en informer pour éviter des e croire idiots."
