'Can order breakfast from menu. Staff are kind. The room Is clean. Multiple restaurants and pub nearby. The street has no sweeping schedule. So it is easy to find parking spot. I do have garage reserved but my ford F150 would not fit. So I parked on the street had no issue at all. I love this place. Thanks.'

'One of the best price/quality options for your stay in Chicago. Great neighbourhood with lots of (rather expensive) restaurants and bars. Supermarket around the corner. Metro station at 10 minutes walking distance. The Villa Toscana is a charming old house with nice garden and verandah. Rooms are a bit small and stuffy, with no view or possibility to open windows in the bottom rooms, although the owner unscrewed one of the closed windows for us to let in a bit of fresh air. 'Exactly what I needed. Just in town for one night to see a late show at the Metro. Everything was walking distance. Adorable furnishings, clean, pet friendly, great breakfast and patio at the sister accommodation next door and well priced. Loud bars close by, but, that was as described. My dog was not bothered. 'We were pleasantly surprised by this property, and wished that our travel itinerary was such that we could have stayed more than just one night. Beth, the innkeeper, is personable and tends to every detail. The property is lovely and peaceful. Great dining options just a walk away, train to the city around the corner, and a lovely neighborhood to walk around and revel in the architecture of Frank Lloyd Wright. Highly recommended inn.
