« The hotel & staff were very nice what I had a problem with was the host said there would be a key fob available in the unit so we could use the amenities, well we went to the pool but couldn’t get in, went down to concierge and they let us know we needed a key fob to get into the pool. We called tbe host & he said it was in the room, we looked everywhere and let him know it was not, he said since it was the weekend no one could come and look for the key fob in the room till after 2 p.m he no one...

« Loved that there was free parking because parking is a big issue in Miami. The environment was clean and cozy. The check in process was quick and seamless. It would be nice if there was a bottle of water in the fridge at least. Even if it came at a cost, it would have been nice to have something to drink inside. The mattress was an issue because it was worn and had a sink in the middle. I had to use the cushions to help to keep me level on the bed to avoid back pain. The mattress in Room 2...

« Logement très bien situé dans Miami Beach. Chambre fonctionnelle, très grande et propre dans l'ensemble. Un réfrigérateur et une machine à café sont disponibles mais pas de coin cuisine. La salle de bain est grande également par contre l'évier est petit, les joints de la baignoire sont à reprendre et le pommeau de douche, plein de calcaire, devrait être nettoyé ou remplacé. Le logement est calme dans l'ensemble mais il n'y a pas de store ou de rideau occultant et on entend quand même assez bien...

« Is not with a vies on the Beach like the picture. All room are inside court, were you havé to leave the curtin closed. Was probably nice in the 80,s but is due for a overal refit. »
