'We were rather underwhelmed with this W property. The room was “tired” and the towels were in comical “Hotel 6 on the interstate” condition. Pretty weird (and gross) how several rounds of towels were equally old, tattered and grey. Quite a disappointing W experience after the brilliant W São Paulo stay we had in November. Overpriced and underwhelming.'

'The building is beautiful. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were comfortable. We loved the breakfast with lots of different options. The pool area was very nice and relaxing and the roof terrace was really cool. It's a pretty small hotel, but that gives it a nice atmosphere. The location was right in the middle of the historical center and close to the airport.'
