« BonjourNous sommes déçu du logement, première fois que nous réservons sur abritel mais pas concluant. Nous avons envoyé plusieurs messages à l’hôte à partir du site abritel nous avons eu aucun retour ensuite Nous sommes Arrivé à la porte du logement est nous avons attendu 45 mn avant que l’hôte nous ouvre la porte et explique la procédure pour récupérer les clés, le logement est très très humide, l’odeur de l’humidité est insupportable porte »

« We had a great time at this property - arrived in Madrid in the morning and then checked in as soon as the property was available in the afternoon. Very nice apartment with a lift to get the luggage up to it. Comfortably slept the 7 of us. Well decorated clean and in good working order. Neighborhood was safe with lots of restaurants and a grocery store in easy walking distance. We would love to stay again our next trip! »

« Property was as described….clean and as pictured.Area was great for walking and lots of nice places to eat. We were a 20 minute walk from The palace; and The famous chocolatier. Uber available but a little pricey.I will say, I did know or like that this VRBO uses another party to assist….Slow Suites was more than slow to answer my emails about check in; and we had to go through them to place credentials for check in. I did report this to VRBO. »

Toujours pas de retour de la part de l'hôte. J'ai utilisé le service de VRBO en ligne pendant une journée et demie pour obtenir un suivi afin d'obtenir notre code d'entrée et l'adresse du lieu.
