'Mixed Experience: Great Location, Poor Soundproofing The Highlights: • Location: Excellent. It is a convenient 20-minute walk to the city center. • Value: Great price for the area. • Maintenance: We had no hot water on the first night, but the staff responded quickly and fixed the issue immediately. The Downside: The biggest issue is the extremely thin walls. The soundproofing is virtually non-existent; even normal conversation seems to disturb neighbors. 'Hemos podido disfrutar de una estancia de dos días en un ambiente limpio. Como hay dos baños, no fue necesario esperar a otros huéspedes, lo cual resultó muy cómodo. Además, aunque no estoy muy familiarizado ni con el español ni con el inglés, el personal me explicó todo con mucha amabilidad y fue de gran ayuda para mí. ¡Muchas gracias! Si tengo otra oportunidad, me gustaría volver a alojarme aquí....

'Era más pequeño de lo esperado , tenía un minisplit pero no circulaba el aire por lo tanto tuvimos frío . La electricidad era de mala calidad no podíamos usar varias cosas a la vez incus tuvimos que desconectar el refri .Lo que rescato del hospedaje es su ubicación .'

There was also considerable damage to the shower doors, room doors, and the walls of the apartment. In my opinion, they should perform a general maintenance check before renting out the property. On the positive side, the location was in the heart of Madrid, with almost all tourist attractions within walking distance.'
