'I would have given a five star but unfortunately at the beginning I messaged the host asking a few questions and never got a reply. Check in was late, cleaners were still working on the unit 45 minutes after our check in time. The property is cute and comfy, great location close to everything. I would recommend it to friends and family and would book it again.'

Once we got into the room, it was lovely. Well furnished and we appreciated the hotel like atmosphere with coffee and supplies, utensils. We also had Grubhub delivered twice without issue. 'The host was communicative, responsive, and pleasant to deal with. The apartment was located in a convenient area to get around to major attractions in LA and local highways very quickly. Parking garage amenities was a huge plus!My only reason for being discontent was that it's mentioned that it's a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit, but was only given access to use1b bedroom and bathroom. I was also really looking forward to using the office space as shown in the pictures, but that wasn't availablem'

'This apartment was beautiful! The decor was elegant and edgy. We really appreciated the 24 hour doorman and the garage parking. It was close to all things downtown, and only about 30 minutes away from Disneyland and Long Beach. The host was very responsive when we had questions. We would definitely recommend this apartment and rent it again!!!'
