Blokhutten in Mare Island

'The staff was great and provided a lot of recommendations. The location was decent if you had a car, not much in walking distance except a few restaurants. The room was clean and the breakfast was a small continental breakfast area.'

'I liked the location a lot, all though i made a mistake thinking a booked breakfast which they do not have ( my bad) there were good options a few minutes away to turn too. The fridge and airco were a bit noisy but once they stopped area is really quiet!! Easy access nice personal!!'

'Okay, we are in the hotel at 3 p.m. The check-in staff said to wait for the room key for around 45 minutes. No breakfast, and the bathroom towels have not been changed. I will go to the front counter and need to change the towels, but there is no answer.'

'It was okay for the price we paid, and the location was a plus for our errands. The room was clean; I just wish they could change the shower curtain. It was ripped, and the holes were all worn out. The towel paper holder needs to be replaced for sure; it was just a rushed spring rod being used. But it wasn’t that bad of a stay.'

'Nice, clean...fairly new hotel. Great location, close to shops and restaurants. Bed comfortable, little soft. Bathroom nice, shower only. Good size room. Included fridge and microwave. 'Don't take room number 10,it had a stained,musty ,smelly carpet.Room didn't have a nice fresh smell. I didn't complain because we got in the hotel late,but next day I saw other rooms with wooden,fresh floor and nice smell. The staff very nice and helpful. Lady in the restaurant makes waffles and breakfast on request but only till 8-8.30. If you come after 9 (breakfast till 10) there won't be much food left.'
