Woonboten in Lake Pleasant Regional Park

'There are no elevators! We had huge luggage we had to carry ourselves upstairs to our room. No one even offered to help.'

'Front desk guy gave me two keys that did not work. Had to come back down to get new keys. Also, everything was lovely but the bathtub/shower need an upgrade.'

'Breakfast is minimal. You have to eat on plastic plates with plastic cups and cuttery. The rooms and especially the bathroom needs to get updated. The rooms are not sound proof and you hear the elevator open and close (including a ring/bell) every couple of minutes, which is very annoying. The fridge is so loud, you are not able to talk to eachother while standing in the room. AC is smelly and only to give any cold air while it is on full blast....'

'I’d give the overall rating for this property as excellent except for one issue - all TVs were old and not smart TVs so we could not access the internet apps like Netflix or Disney. Needs to be upgraded because the channel options were very limited due to Dish. Otherwise excellent. '
