Room and facilities are quite lovely. It’s brand new so everything is fresh and clean.
The staff at the front desk do not know how to do their jobs. Many of them have to call someone to ask how to do something (like print a receipt) because they are not properly trained. Upon checking in my card was charged twice (once again the front desk did not know how to do a check in). One of the changes posted and the other was credited back. During my stay, I was told that I needed to pay more money on an already pre-paid stay. Someone at the front desk came to my room door and told my daughter that the first night of room and tax did not go through. Why would you say that to a kid??? After going back to the Front Desk, revealing to her my bank statement that showed the charge taken of room and tax that match my reservation confirmation, do you think I got an apology?! Hell no!!! I was told to come back to the desk and speak to someone else because she didn’t know how to answer my question of why I allegedly owed more money. Anytime I’d go to the front desk, no one was there! A sign was placed saying they were away. Please be mindful and always pre-pay!!! Overnight my card was charged $11 and no one can explain why. The staff clearly is not aware on how to do their job. Oh also, housekeeping is available upon request. Turns out the girl didn’t even have the correct dates she was talking about. I got an apology for lack of staff knowledge, but is that really an excuse?? $600/wk paid!
