Our AC was broken. We called staff and they said they would call maintenance. Maintenance never came. We called again at night and they said maintenance was not available that there's nothing they could do. We slept in a hot room. They offered no compensation or solution for this. Also, they have fridges in the room that do not get cold, and they said that they are not fridges. They're just a mini bar, which doesn't make sense. Overall, it felt like, beyond having nice facilities, they didn't want to spend too much on upkeep of the amenities during your stay.
