'We booked a room in the Yesil Ev Main Building, where we stayed 6 years ago. Upon check-in, the staff acted strangely about the extra booking for our child. Without any proper explanation, we were moved to a guest house a few minutes’ walk from the main building we had actually booked. The room was directly next to a tram line, with trams passing by every 5 minutes. Sleeping was nearly impossible due to the constant noise.

'The staff, Younas and Zaki are professional and helpful and always help us. We have stayed here many times for its fantastic location to the Blue Mosque and transport.'
