'This is a wonderful apartment in a great area (quiet too!) with bars, restaurants, easy Metro access. The owner has decorated with a lot of creative and unique art. The kitchen has everything you need. The apartment sits in a courtyard that one must pass through two locking doors to access, so it was very safe. Nice neighbors too. 'This is our third time staying in this beautiful apartment—the location cannot be beat, the air conditioning works well and the apartment is spacious enough for our family of four to spread out comfortably. The cherry on top is that Marcello is a very kind and welcoming host who truly ensures that your stay in Paris in his apartment goes smoothly. 'The apartment was clean, the host clearly communicated instructions and the location was incredibly convenient- close to the Parmentier metro stop so SUPER easy to travel around Paris. We felt very safe with the 4 parallel deadbolts securing the door. Loved being in the middle of a neighborhood. Highly recommend!'

'The apartment is very ideal for a visit to Paris. The apartment is nestled in the back of a courtyard on a rather quiet block in the 8th Arr just steps away from the Champs Elysee.Very clean, very beautiful interior. Natural sunlight. It’s very quiet so not recommended for people who are looking to be loud and or party. Check in and check out was rather simple. I had such a positive stay that I would absolutely come back again!
