'Check-in took a long time and Francisco the receptionist, could have been more honest and direct instead of looking for excuses. The stay itself was really good. A bit more entertainment in the evening would have been nice. Unfortunately, there is only a very small beach that can be used for the guests and this is not close to the pool area.'

'Super leuk en schoon hotel. zuidamerikaanse sfeer.fijn en ongedwongen. Centraal en toch ver van alle lawaai in het centrum. Ontbijt incl.goed en uitgebreid. Wallmart en ado bus halte om de hoek. Onderhoud van jacuzzi op het dakterras mag iets beter. Jacuzzi op begane grond wel top .zwembaden ook! Hotel ligt 2 straten van 5th avenue en ferry naar conzumel ! Kortom...echt een aanrader! 'Generell hat uns das Condo Haus sehr gut gefallen. Der Standort ist sehr gut und das Gebäude ist nicht sehr alt. Leider wurde nach unserer Meinung beim Bau respektive Ausrüsten am falschen Ort gespart. Der Wasserdruck ist sehr schlecht im Badezimmer, man kann kaum richtig duschen und das WC spülen. Der Duschabfluss hat kein Siphon, Gerüche garantiert! Die Garnituren sind billig und funktionieren schlecht. Das Bett wie auch die Kissen sind super hart. In der Mitte des Aufenthalts mussten wir...

'We love Occidental at Xcaret because we love seeing wildlife when we travel. We also love seeing ruins and learning about the early history. The resort is beautiful, the staff friendly and helpful and there are plenty of food choices. We are vegan, so enjoy the many vegetables, fruits, beans and grains available. We also loved snorkeling in the circular stone ocean inlet. So many fish, corals, anemones in a protected area.'

I giardini sono ben curati, i ristoranti offrono degli abbondanti buffet che possono accontentare tutti. Ci sono poche sdraio rispetto al numero di ospiti. A me è piaciuto e mi sono rilassata.'

'Nicest room we’ve ever had at any hotel ever. Food was good, service good. Water park was amazing for my kids, age 9 and 6. Beach was beautiful with soft white sand.
