Was a couple minutes from the airport and close to plenty of parks and places to eat. Would recommend getting a rental car so you can enjoy the whole island. 'This hotel is in a great location overlooking Hilo Bay and sits adjacent to the beautiful Liliuokalani Gardens which is a must visit. Rooms are situated such that half are overlooking the bay and the other half overlook the golf course landside. The main restaurant has decent fare. The staff and service are excellent but the hotel could use some updating as rooms are showing their wear and tear.
