'This was a one night stay for our family of 6 before flying home early the next morning. It suited us fine for the night. Communication with hosts was amazing and easy. Very clean, amply stocked kitchen, linens, etc. Beach stuff to borrow (snorkels etc) for those who stay longer than us. Residential neighborhood location is amazing if you want to walk to everything in town. No AC so can get warm, but 2 ceiling fans and 2 portable fans. 'Easy to check in and out. Very clean. The condo had everything you needed. From beach towels chairs beach umbrella. And even flippers. '

'An idyllic setting where we could see the bay, hear the waves, with a short walk to the beach (black rocky sands). Neighbors a bit loud, but still one of the best spots in Hāna. Easy drive to the 7 sacred pools. Good food trucks nearby. '

Yes, as others have noted in other reviews there was some noise from the road, but that is to be expected in Waikiki at night. The elevators were about the fastest I have ever used and that was big plus. We would happily choose to stay here again on a return trip.'

'We had an excellent stay at Jacinta’s condo. Located at a perfect spot in central Kona, we could go anywhere by foot. Complete amenities and a parking spot right at the complex. Jacinta wasa great host and very responsive to any questions. We’d come back anytime in the future !!'

'The room was very nice. Just a warning that this is directly above a bar with quite the nightlife. The balcony is right above the bars open wall. Fun but can be loud at night. I used my sound machine and was fine. Perfect location. So close to the beach and everything Waikiki has to offer. '
