'The stay was very disappointing. At the 4pm check in (which was very late) the condo was not cleaned. I was half way through cleaning in myself when a couple showed to finish. No washer and dryer. The space isn’t even set up for it even though it’s listed in the amenities. Upon arrival the TV was not working. The owner was notified and it took 4 days to be replaced. 'Anyone considering staying in princeville should book this beautifully thought-out condo with no hesitation. Location is great - peaceful and quiet with lots of places to walk to. The layout of the condo is perfect and all furniture is so comfy - we almost didn’t want to leave to go explore the island. The hosts were incredibly responsive with a few minor questions we had. 'The place itself could be nice, but it was not very well cleaned, the interior is of the cheapest kind and some of it old. The microwave and fridge wer visibly very rusty, the ice compartment broken. We did tell Vacasa about this and they did nothing about that, although they did switch out the broken mixer and gave us a kettle which was not listed in the rental agreement.For the amount this appartment costs, we would have expected something better. '

'This location suited us well as a couple. We appreciated the property foliage and birds! We found the condo to be clean, well equipped, spacious for a studio and the ability to do laundry. Any communication was handled quickly and graciously. While we took our time getting around the whole island and found Princeville to be a fun location to stay in. "We had a great stay. Checking in and out was easy. Enough parking spaces around the building. Very nice apartment that has all the utilities you need during a stay (only keep in mind that there is no stove in case you want to cook, but the bbq area is great). AC and fan worked well. It is very quiet in the apartment building. Apartment has a cooler, umbrella and 2 beach chairs. The swimming pool, hot tub and bbq area is nice. The garden around the apartment and pool area is beautiful.Only possible downside is that it is very bright in the room in the morning (there are no darkening blinds or curtains), but this did not bother us too much."
