'Five stars for the staff alone! Sophie at the front desk was very professional, kind, and so helpful from check-in to check-out. She also went above and beyond to help me with transportation back to Hanoi. The rooms are beautiful and, most importantly, very quiet—perfect for getting a good night's rest in a busy city. The central location and terrace view are unbeatable. I'll definitely be back! The breakfast buffet was amazing.'

'Our room was a king room with balcony. The bed is very comfortable. Good sized bathroom with large shower. Food is excellent. Staff go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Halong Bay is serene and a nice change from the busy Vietnam cities. Unfortunately, there is garbage floating in the bay that the country needs to address.'
