'We stayed for four nights in the Citidenes, it had a comfortable working space, is close to the boat tours, a great gym and yoga studio as well as two pools. They also have free bicycles for you to explore the town. We stayed in an apartment style room so cooked in the fully equipped kitchen. Would highly recommend. '

For example after my checkin they where still able to get me in a really short period on a boat tour for the same Day. But they also give a lot of information and arranged my transfers. 'Het hotel was prima, met uitzicht op de bergen van Ha Long Bay, echter voor de deur (overkant weg) zeer grote bouwput, waar 24/7 wordt gewerkt. Jammer voor het hotel, ze kunnen er natuurlijk niets aan doen. Dicht in de buurt van leuk pretpark voor kinderen. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, kan door de grootte van het hotel echter niet altijd attent zijn. Prima, luxe ontbijtbuffet. Mooie kamers ook erg luxe. Hotel is niet erg professioneel in het boeken van dagtouren. Veel te duur,...
