'Everything was fine with my stay. However, I booked for 5 nights but my stay was cut short and I only was able to stay for 3 nights. It is their slow season and the hotel looked to be less than half full. So they were NOT going to lose any revenue from my cancellation as the room would not have been booked anyway. When I asked for any type of compensation as in a refund I was told their policy is to not issue any refunds. Not even a company credit for a future use. So I'm done with this...

Jammer voor het hotel, ze kunnen er natuurlijk niets aan doen. Dicht in de buurt van leuk pretpark voor kinderen. 'Where can I begin… This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The service was non-existing, no one in the staff was service minded. Me and my friend stayed there for work purposes and ended up leaving early just because of their poor treatment. All the time there we were treated like strangers, no one in the staff knew we were guests, so we were questioned who we were at many times.
