'Hello! We loved the apartment! The location is perfect, the place was clean and comfortable -- everything we needed was supplied. Our one and only complaint has to do with the door lock. While having a combination lock is fine, we did wonder how we would get out of the mechanism failed. There should be a back-up key in case of emergency. '

'The 8-11persons-appartment is quite small even for 6 persons (4 adults/2 children), so if the weatherconditions are bad and you want to stay in it's too small. We hoped to be skiing in/out of the appartmentcomplex but that is not possible. +points: Very clean. The utensils are very good, divers and more than enough, small but complete kitchen. Free wifi Appartment multi-services agency was very polite and helpfull -points: Very noisy; you hear a lot of noise from your neighbours and...

'Very central location in the old town but still very peaceful in the apartment itself! Appreciated that there were 2 fans in the property and these were already on when I arrived! That was a lovely touch and very appreciated during a very warm period!! '

'Loved Annecy, the lake and surrounding area are stunning! The apartment is beautiful. We had a great time and had everything we needed. No problems finding the location as we were send full instructions and met on arrival to check in. An easy pleasant walk along the lake to get to the old town centre where there are lovely restaurants, shops and fantastic ice creams. We would absolutely stay here again. '

La maison dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires pour garantir un séjour confortable et sans le moindre désagrément. Elle est très bien organisée.
