'i loved everything about the property and the staff was very nice and helpful. the virtual check-in was different but still easy. very walkable, about 5 min to jarvis station to get downtown or to other areas! the hotel room and common areas were very clean as well. free parking was the cherry on top!'

'I loved the convenience of the location to Loyola university. It was walking distance. The host was very nice and responsive. I loved that there were snack and breakfast left out in the kitchen for guest to consume at their leisure. What I did not like was the steep long stairs to get up to the rooms. There was not an elevator or anyone available to help get the luggage up to the rooms. If you are elderly with knees or back problems, this will be difficult for you to deal with on a daily...

'The bathroom shower curtain would not stay up in place. The expandable rod did not stick to the shower tile and fell down after a few minutes regardless of how tight the rod was adjusted.'

'I just booked a room for a place to rest my head, because I had to be at a conference the next morning. I honestly thought it was overpriced, but it was the cheapest place I came across. The check in process took a while to get my key. The Inn policy was NO SMOKING and fees would be charged if you smoked in the room, they even charged me another $100 for a deposit, to make sure we didn't smoke. To get some sleep it was alright, I I wouldn't book a room to stay in for a week.'
