'⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We had a wonderful family vacation at Hotel Riu Vallarta! The resort was beautiful, the food was great, and we really enjoyed the pools and beach. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and overall, we had an amazing experience.
One recommendation for improvement would be to have more servers available around the pools and beach areas, as there were not enough staff to assist guests. I would also suggest adding more lifeguards around the swimming pools, especially for families with...

Delta Hotels by Marriott Riviera Nayarit, An All-Inclusive ResortLa Cruz de Huanacaxtle

'My dining experience at Conrad Hotel was extremely disappointing and nowhere near the standard expected from a luxury hotel.
The food quality was absolutely unacceptable. I paid $18 for a cheesecake that was so unpleasant it was practically inedible. At that price, I expected a high-quality dessert, not something I couldn’t even enjoy. On top of that, charging $20 for a coconut is simply outrageous. These prices are completely unjustified by the quality of what is being served.
The service was...

'Love at first sight
The sound of the waves, the smell of the sea, the warm sun on my skin, the taste of an amazing cocktail great sunsets,… it all comes back when I close my eyes. What an amazing vacation! I can say that as well personally as professionally I have stayed in many hotels. But this one …. Oh my God! A new love is born. After being a loyal Palladium/Royal Suites Riviera Maya guest (6 times), and a great disillusion in the Royal Suites in Punta de Mita the week prior to coming to...
